Jake founded Elite Placement Group in 2005.  He has over 10 years of proven success helping local top tier organizations with their Human Capital needs.  He was instrumental in building the Connecticut office for one of the tri-state areas largest privately held staffing firms. Prior to moving into the recruiting business, Mr. Makmale worked for one of the nation’s largest public accounting firms as a certified public accountant. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Hofstra University and is also a Certified Personnel Consultant.  His expertise, dedication and professionalism moved him to establish a staffing firm that strives for excellence, trust, and integrity.

Jason is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Elite Placement Group. Jason has over a decade of professional experience serving major corporate clients in the Tri-State area in industries such as Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Corporate Administration. Jason's exceptional track record in executive placement and staffing is due in part to his ability to quickly identify a clients needs and the right candidate for the job. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern New Hampshire.

Cynthia's staffing career spans over 10 years in Executive Recruitment and Human Resources.  She held positions in Human Resources with two major publicly traded organizations.  She was recruited by one of the world’s largest Accounting & Finance staffing firms to head up an office.  After several successful years with this firm she transferred to one of the largest tri-state regional firms, where she established a reputation for dedication, integrity and professionalism in getting the job done.  As co-founder of Elite Placement Group, she brings over 10 years of professional experience with a demonstrated ability for a clear understanding of what corporate America needs.

Rachel joined EPG in 2005 as an Executive Recruiter.  Over the years she has proven to be an integral part of our firm.  We are happy to announce her recent promotion to Manager of Recruiting.  She is a strong leader that has a proven track record of establishing great relationships with both her clients and candidates.  She is a creative thinker - someone who thinks outside the box and has the ability to listen and make effective decisions.  All of these attributes have given her a successful track record within the staffing industry.  As a senior member of EPG, she bring professionalism, dedication and hard-work ethics to our firm.  Rachel holds a Bachelors degree from Skidmore College.
